Inquiry,
What site do you access or how do you do to communicate Japanese cosplayers?
I know Cure in English is quite useful for international cosplayers
but there is only one-to-one communication system on it.
No group function there I suppose.
It's far from convenient to manage a circle. |

since most japanese cosplayers dont speak english the only way i communicate/find them is via japanese sites (archive, cure and mixi). international sites like cosplay.com doesnt support japanese so there are hardly any japanese cosplayers at these sites.
if you need an ability to send out direct group communication though i can setup a mailing list using my domain name. this requires that each member needs to give me their email address to add to the list.
this of course can be a forwarding address if they don't want to reveal their true address.
eg. mailing list cosplaylist@xenkys.com -> cosplayer1@yahoo.co.jp -> realemail@yahoo.co.jp

Thanks for reply and proposal about mailing list.
But it's not what I want to try.
I'd like to know how foreign cosplayers
get to know Japanese cosplayers.
And you listed archive, cure, mixi and cosplay.com.
OK, I understand that I've been right place.
I'm wondering if there are other major sites
so that I can discover international cosplayers who live in Japan.
If Cure has English forum, it will be easier.

Sorry for short notice.
One of our members and her friends
are going to stay at Tokyo before Comiket.
They have a full day without any particular plans on Aug 12 and
will go for restaurant, sing karaoke or grab a few drinks.

I have just came back from Australia.
I re-started cosplay up there as I was amazed many Australian youth love it :D
(I was a cosplayer in Japan decades ago, but quit it.)
I will join in cosplay events in Japan too.

Hello. I am Shirayuki Kirika,graduate from high school in March,2017.
I started costume-play because my friend put her clothes on me, had my face making-
up like girls,and she said that this feature fit on me. I was glad to hear that,and I have been
engaged on costume-play which figures girl characters.
I want to wear VOCALOID costumes and Gothic-and-Lolita clothes.
