Lately I've been thinking about making a free paper to help foreign cosplayers with information about Japanese cosplay and events(・ω・)
The reason I'm thinking about it is that I've exchanged mail with foreign cosplayers and have met with cosplayers at overseas events and often hear "I'd love to learn more about Japanese cosplay and events".
Now cosplay is spreading all around the world and events are popping up in all sorts of different countries. These events are each very different from each other and from events in Japan.
I think talking about events is a great way to open up the lines of communication between us all.
More concretely, I'm thinking about articles about all sorts of things, but mainly Japanese cosplay information and things like event manners.
I'm planning to release it in English and am thinking about distributing them at cosplay events.
I'm looking for people with similar ideas to cooperate with.
Do you have something you want to tell foreign cosplayers? Do you want information about or are knowledgeable about foreign events? Are you good at English or another language? Or do you just want to communicate with cosplayers from all over the world?
I don't want to rush or panic. If we can make it slowly and in our own time I'll be very pleased('◇')ゞ

ちょいと読んでみた
なるほど、良い視点だと思います
しかし、マナー云々ありますが、日本人も含め国によって事情がかなり違う
コスプレイヤーの表現に当たってのスタンスや
カメラマンのスタンスが根本的に違うし、言語、民族等文化背景も違う。
しかし、イベンターはそれらの溝を埋めるどころか、マナーの押し付け・・・
いや、責任転嫁を行っているのが実情だと思う。
このプロジェクトが、これらの溝を平和的かつ建設的、また芸術的に埋めていく
ことが最終目標だと思うし、そうであることを切に祈ります。
みなさん知っての通り、国によって行き詰まり感の原因は違うにしても
妙な閉塞感を打破するきっかけにコスプレは一役買っています。
背景が違うにも関わらず、コスプレを選んでいる！
これは凄いことだと思うんだな。
国際交流の最小公約数としての、コスプレ。
やっと分かる人が出てきたような、そんな気がしました。 |

マナーについては確かに国や場所によって様々だと思います。
普遍的なものとなると難しいですがペーパーを通してマナーについても書けたらと思います。

皆様、貴重なご意見や励まし等本当にありがとうございます。
皆さんの意見などをご参考に、まずは準備号という形で発行することにしました。
（第一号以降はご協力頂ける皆さんと一緒に作りたいと思います。）
こちらはイベントでの配布ではありませんが、冬コミに来られる方で興味が
ある方に差し上げております。
（私は２９、３０日参加予定です。）
また、私のマイページのフォトストックに「コスプレペーパー本文」としてデータが
入っていますので、こちらでもご覧いただけます。
（本文のみの状態なので完成品ではありません。完成版はこれらに絵が入ります。）
パスワードはcosplayになります。
また、こちらをご閲覧頂いての感想や誤字（文法面が心配です・・・；）等ありましたら
ご指摘頂けますと嬉しいです。
